Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order placement and payment confirmation.
Processing may include payment verification, product preparation, quality inspection, packing and preparation for carrier pickup. Processing time is separate from shipping or transit time.
Shipping & Transit Time
After your order has completed processing and has been dispatched, estimated shipping or transit time is generally 7–15 business days.
1–3 business days processing + 7–15 business days shipping/transit.
The 7–15 business day transit estimate does not include the initial order processing period.
Free Standard Shipping
Shinynests offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $78 USD or more.
Where different shipping options are available, the applicable shipping method, charge or promotion will be shown during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Tracking information may require some time to update after a shipment enters the carrier network.
Delivery Estimates & Possible Delays
Shipping times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery timing may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs processing, public holidays, weather, remote delivery areas or other transportation circumstances.
